Lot #23 1948 Leaf # 8 Satchel Paige RC SP Cond: PSA 2

One of the ultimate baseball cards from it's era, these are so scarce and always in such high demand. The first example that we have had in years, this is offered in a colorful PSA 2 grade. The image is nicely focused, there are no print issues, the back is fine as well. Exceptionally well centered, there are no visible creases. The card has some very slight surface wear on Paige's image, the card otherwise appears to be exceptionally clean for the grade. A card that is high on the list of so many collectors want lists, this is a solid example for the grade to consider adding this vital card to your collection.
