1980 Perez Steele Richie Ashburn w/rare HOF Inscription! Signed Postcard Cond: PSA 9

From a collection in the Pacific Northwest, this has been in a box for decades. Freshly slabbed, this one is remarkable as it has an HOF 95 inscription. Slabbed a PSA Mint 9 for quality, I cannot remember the last time we saw one of these with an HOF inscription.
