Offered is an 13 x 9 document signed as President, this is a Land Grant dated May 4, 1815. The document shows general wear from handling and folding, and could benefit from a good pressing, the Presidential seal is re-attached, and this has a somewhat light but certainly full and legible signature of Madison at the lower right.
