Almost a must-have for a big Yaz or Red Sox collector, baseball umpire cum amateur artist Sosnak produced this ball for a game between the Red Sox and the Yankees in 1979. A historic game, Yaz got his 3,000th hit that day. Signed and inscribed by Yaz on one side with 1979 written in his own hand, two panels contains the unbelievable level of wonderful detail for which Sosnak is known. Presumably a one-of-a-kind piece, this is superb. A second art ball of Yaz comes with the lot as well.
