From the collection of former Illinois Governor George Ryan, this was obtained in person in the late 1980s or early 1990s. The basketball itself is a clean Spalding David Stern official model. The signature is light but certainly legible, it is in otherwise large and flowing black sharpie ink and is signed Best Wishes above his autograph.
