From the collection of former Illinois Governor George Ryan, this is simply an awesome item. Rare, this was signed by Michael Jordan in only his second season. The ball itself is a spotless official David Stern model, the signature of Mike Smrek precisely dates it. There are an amazing 17 signatures here, you never see this on an NBA Team Signed Ball. The other signatures include a Rookie Charles Oakley, Tex Winter, George Gervin, Orlando Woolridge and John Paxson. One panel is inscribed to the former Governor, this is simply superb.
