One of the all time great pitchers, Johnson died in 1946 at age 59. Johnson single signed balls are very scarce and prized by collectors. The offered ball is a very rough game ball. This is signed on a side panel in black fountain pen ink. The signature is a pretty solid but has weak contrast against the clean ball. This is an affordable example of an almost unattainable ball for most collectors. JSA LOA (full).
