A mixed grade set, we are calling it VG overall, but it varies from Good to Ex. The high numbers are very nice overall, perhaps 30% of the set is much cleaner than the rest. The key cards are not bad at all, the Mantle and Mays provide for some real value here. We rate the key cards as follows: 1 Berra VG+, 5 Minoso RC GVG, 8 Reese VG, 21 N Fox Good, 43 Feller VG, 44 Campanella VG, 52 Rizzuto Ex, 53 Ashburn VG, 80 Hodges VG-Ex, 101 Mantle GVG (rich color with fine creasing that does not crack the paper), 116 Snider VG+, 156 Spahn GVG, 196 Musial VG, 217 Stengel VG-Ex/Ex, 218 Mays Good, 232 Slaughter VG-Ex/Ex, 252 Crosetti VG-Ex/Ex.
