PSA slabbed Authentic, this is handsomely signed June 12, 1989 FDR honoring the 50th Anniversary of the Hall of Fame, with a Lou Gehrig stamp. Joe signed in blue sharpie ink, Mickey and Ted in blue ballpoint ink, the signatures are flawless. The First Day Cover is perfectly clean, it looks great in its fresh slabbed PSA holder.
