Offered is a gorgeous and nearly rare super early and super desirable Mantle card. From only his second season, this might be the only card with a color 1951 patch on his sleeve in the image. These are decals issued in an envelope, so PSA does not issue numerical grades for these as far as we know. The offered lot appears to be quite clean, it should probably rare in the 5 range. There are no visible creases, tears or other technical flaws, the color is vibrant. A true treasure of a Mickey Mantle card from only 1952, these are so much scarcer than the Topps and Bowman cards from this era. Who wants to add a great Mantle card to their collection?
