A desirable ring from a World Championship team, the Dodgers avenged their losses in 1977 and 1978 to the Yankees. Collins, a future Mets manager, was the director of the legendary LA Dodgers farm system, so he certainly deserved a ring! The offered ring is gold and is a size 10. Balfour 14k is engraved on the inset. One shank reads COLLINS DODGERS, the other LOS ANGELES DODGERS WORLD SERIES TROPHY OCTOBER 28, 1981. The ring is clean with only slight wear, the face has a lovely Dodger blue gemstone.
