A superb 6, we were crushed as we thought this had a shot at an 8. From a gorgeous original owner set, many of these cards came back 9s. The offered card is beautifully centered. The image is perfect, the white borders are flawless. The two top two corners are quite sharp, the bottom two corners show the slightest flicks of wear. It would be hard to image a nicer 6 1959 Mantle than the offered lot.
