Dated February 20, 1889, this exceedingly clean and fine page is just over 8x5. Signed at the top, Grover Cleveland Feb 22 1889, and on the bottom, Frances F. Cleveland February 20, 1889, this presents extremely well. Both signatures are in superb matching fountain pen, this is perfect for framing. This was signed AS PRESIDENT, at the end of his first term. JSA LOA.
