One of the most desirable Mickey Mantle signed cards, this was only Mickey's second card. Always a pricey card, it is very rare to find one with an autograph. The offered lot, originally part of the signed 1952 Bowman set in the auction, was the pride and joy of our consignor. This card was collected by our consignor in the late 1970s and Mickey Mantle signed this in front of him at a show in New York City in the early 1980s. Fresh to market, we submitted this to PSA at the National Convention this year and the autograph was graded a 10. Signed in a perfect spot in blue sharpie ink, the signature contrasts very nicely against the card itself. The card is well centered with a pleasing image. The card has some general wear and very subtle creasing. The back has a small scarpe, and is not bad at all overall. Who wants to add a 1952 Mickey Mantle PSA 10 autographed card to their collection?
